Mohamed Peace be upon Him had performed great miracles, and the greatest miracle is Holy Quran, which is the last divine message and guide to humanity, inimitable, unique , original ( Arabic native language of the Prophet Mohamed Peace be upon Him) when you read it you feel that it's Allah Almighty talking to us ...
Besides we have the Sunnah, and the Hadiths detailing the story of Mohamed Peace be upon Him, who had been the most mediatized prophet.
Regarding the morality of Mohamed Peace be upon Him, Allah Almighty confirms this evident fact saying
`And truly you (Muhammad) possess great morals' (68:4).
